40 Hour Course - September: Live Online Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License Course (2)

Class Dates: September 11, 12 & 25, 26

Class Time: 8am - 6pm

Live real time interactive online classes via zoom consisting of:

• Broker/Owner of RE/MAX IGNITE with over 18 years of sales experience.
• Interactive learning
• Enjoy learning comfortably and remotely
• Books & multiple practice exams included in the course
• Equipment required: device with internet connection, video & audio capabilities. (smart phones, iphone, ipad, laptop, desktop etc.)

SALESPERSON APPLICANTS MUST:

▪ Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

▪ Complete forty (40) hours of pre-licensure salesperson education.

▪ Obtain a completed Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Educational Certificate form to be completed by a Board

approved Real Estate School (found at the end of this Candidate Information Bulletin).

▪ Obtain three (3) complete candidate endorsements from individuals unrelated to the applicant. They do not need to be

Massachusetts residents. Classmates known by the applicant from only the real estate course may NOT sign the candidate

endorsement.

NOTE: When you purchase a ticket to this event, it may only show the first and last day of the class, however, all dates advertised in the event above are included in the course fee.

Completing this 40 hour state required pre-licensing course, qualifies you to sit for the State of Massachusetts Real Estate License examination. The course fee includes: textbooks and multiple practices exams. Some of the topics you'll learn: Property Ownership, Land Use Controls & Regulations, Valuation & Market Analysis, Financing, Principles of Agency, Property Condition / Disclosures, Contract Law, Transfer of Title, Fair Housing, Antitrust, Consumer Protection Laws, Real Estate Calculations, etc.

*Student must attend all dates & times outlined above to receive their Certificate and qualify to sit for the state examination. If you can't make all of the scheduled dates, students can make up missed classes. Sign-up TODAY!
